Uppie’s Update – Week 16

Well, it’s that boring time again when you get those stupid updates to see how I’m doing on my Resolutions this year!Transfer-Values

First off, notice that it’s 16 straight weeks of working on them!

I’m sitting at 181 lbs.  Only 6 lbs away from my goal with less than 20 days to go! It’s looking highly likely and realistic…

Running has been really good.  Having to ease up a little.  Getting a bit hard on the legs if I go too often.

Cycling is fun!  Gorgeous weather for riding…

Becoming really fascinated with branding a new message for the blog.  And bringing in some cooperative effort from others on the same path.  This should be good.

As usual, things are progressing nicely.  Shifting some focus and values in areas that require my immediate attention.  This is going to be a good week for me to more sharply define myself.

And put “me”  on a blog more accurately.
