Uppie’s Update – Week 4

Ok, I’m not going to bore you with all of the details of that massive list.  But what I will do is bless you with this weeks “highs” and “lows” as the relate to my goals..

As I said before, most lose sight of their resolutions or goals by Valentine’s Day…

Ha!  I beat the odds…

Here they are:

  • House in Greenwood is under contract, and packing has begun to finish that deal!photo
  • Weight loss has settled and/or stopped.  Turns out my running goals are inhibiting my weight loss by replacing it with muscle.  According to the pro’s anyway.  I don’t see any additional muscle.  I’m not calling them liars.  I just don’t see it.  But some diet adjustments might help.  That’ll be next week.
  • Picked up some neat looking recipes for cupcakes…  Samples for locals may be an option.
  • Spent some time with my coach and worked on my DESIGN some this weekend.  That is a good feeling to start learning about yourself and how to enjoy what you do.  (If you are intrigued, please don’t hesitate to ask).
  • Reading is still lacking.  Hit a book that is really challenging my thought process.  That is a good thing, but it asking some big “life” questions that I don’t have answers to yet.  Getting better in the reading area though.

Anyway, not much to be said.  Included in this post is a fuzzy email pic of my sweaty arse at the gym, for those that haven’t seen me in awhile.
