Marathon Prep – The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

Ok, gang.

I’ve been working toward my first full Marathon in Memphis on December 3rd, 2011.

The St. Jude Marathon to be more exact.

The miles have increased and my eating habits are on the decline.

Ever just reach a point where you are so freakin’ exhausted that you kinda just let everything go?

Yup, me too.

The last couple of weeks have been nothing but work, travel and busy schedules.  My running has slowed.  Eating has been anti-productive.  Stress is taking it’s toll.

Again I am at that point where I’m pissed off. Time to take back control of myself.

Not focusing on the anger.  Just finding the solutions and moving on.

It’s not what happens to me but how I react to it that matters.

Thanks to all of my friends and family who support.  You know who you are!
