Well, week number one of training for Memphis has come to an end.
- All of the target miles were hit
- All of the paces were kept
- Core training was completed
- Cross training was completed
All in all, I was able to stay on task with every step of the training plan this week! Makes me quite proud.
My goals this week are similar, except the long run is 10 miles instead of 8.
That’s believable.
Anyway, thanks for the support this week!
