So I’ve been writing about how to stay on task with some of the goals in your life. Finding a wingman, defining your goals and just not giving up.

These are the three things that I put my efforts into on a daily basis. I’m not saying I’m good at them, but I’ve been working hard on them and intend to keep doing so.

I’m seeking assistance in two areas:
One: On a local level, I’m thinking of organizing a Running Club and could use some input on that.
Two: I’m looking for input on how to create a podcast. Volunteers?
