Uppie Update – Week 12

Well, it’s been a busy week.  And the week to come has a lot in store as well.

Back to working on being efficient and effective again!  But here’s the run-down on the goals and how they are progressing:Galveston (28)

Weight is right on track!  Not only at 188 lbs, but I’ve managed to stay in the 180’s for an entire week!

Bicycles are a bit elusive still.  Why is it so hard to commit?  It’s not like it’s a car…

Taxes are due this week!  There’s your PSA!  Don’t forget…

Candi and I are both hitting the gym daily now.  Running 6 days a week.  Working more toward distance than time.  How ‘bout 27 miles this week?  Not bad for a fat guy.

The book on Paul Revere is just about done.  Patiently wait for the official review…

Also, a personal thanks to those who have sent me ideas on coffees to try.  And cake recipes, too.

Who knows…  They might have some value to me in the future.

New goals on the personal growth front:

Remove stress from my day-to-day life.  Learn to excel while not damaging my mind and body.

Become more thankful.  For everything!

Life my life with passion…

Just some mental adjustments I needed to make.
