Uppie’s Update – Week 11

Well, here we are again.  The boring ritual of reading how well my goals are going.

For your information, I’m not doing this for you.  I’m doing this for me.  Making myself accountable to others gives me the motivation to continue my on my path.

My weight goals are slight off track due to really not giving a crap over the weekend and eating to my hearts content.  But still not bad.  Back to 191 this morning.

Renewed focus on running this week.  Candi and I both attacking the gym in the evenings this week will help.

Bikes have been identified. Will purchase and start learning how to ride again by this weekend.

I have set some more personal growth goals.  Maybe some more detail for you in the next few posts.

Reading a book on Paul Revere…  Great story.  Next book will be about Ozzy. How’s that for diversity?!

Tomorrow’s blog post will reflect a bit more on my recent challenge with being too driven.
