Pencil Your Way To Success (With A Twist)

Over the years, I have read many books, attended many seminars and repeatedly listened to successful men and writing pencilwomen expound to me their wisdom.  Quite a bit of that wisdom you have seen written in this blog.  Whether it be  guarding your tongue, working on your relationships with others or just simply improving your thought process about yourself.  They are all tools that I’ve used to work on myself.

I’d like to think that over the last few years I’ve become a better person.  God knows I have failed in the past.  But I’m improving all aspects of my life as I grow.  Using everything that you’ve read here.  That’s what this blog is all about.

Sharing what I’ve learned through my own personal growth and experiences to help others is my long term goal.

So now you have a foundation of daily activities and beliefs that you need installed to continue:

You started on your goals.

You’ve established that there is hope.

You’ve dealt with some of the negative in your past.

You’ve established what it is that touches your heart and makes you want to act.

You’ve established how your past experiences have made you who you are.

You’ve forgiven (yourself as well as others).

You’ve understood that what your perceive about yourself.

You’ve learned that you can use your words to change you.

So what is the next logical step for you?

This part is strictly up to you.

I can’t do this part for you.

But I can walk you through it.

In the very beginning of this blog, I discussed goals and how powerful they can be.

I want you to STOP and re-read this blog post now

THEN, come back to this one…

So what is missing?

An Action Plan…

Write it down!

The majority of you have all of these objectives, goals, plans, desires…  I have them too.  I laid out quite a few of my personal ones in the Uppie’s Updates section of the blog.  Without realizing what I had done, I wrote out my goals and made myself accountable to each and every one of you for them.

And, for Pete’s sake, it’s working!

Today’s dare?

Write down your goals.  Put them to paper.  Type, email, use a pencil.  Whatever.  Just do it!

Then email it to me!

Is that “commitment” calling?

Yes, yes it was…

They will all be held confidential…  But I want to show you the power of writing a goal and holding yourself accountable for them…

Ready to take the dare?
